Homeless Connect Donation Wishlist

Product Donations suggested but not limited to:

  • Baseball caps or hats, gloves
  • Blankets, pillows
  • Books
  • Bottled water
  • Bus passes
  • Coffee or other powdered hot beverages, juice boxes
  • Sewing kits-travel size
  • Flashlights/batteries
  • Large plastic bags
  • Laundry vouchers/pass
  • Diapers/training Pants 
  • Socks, underwear
  • Shoes
  • Stuffed Animals
  • School Supplies
  • 60-Minute phone cards
  • Tote bags, duffle bags, back packs
  • Hygiene items, kits
    • Toothbrushes and tooth paste, soap, shampoo & conditioner, razors, foot powder, etc. and other necessary toiletry items.
  • Clothing/Coats—gently used & washed or new
  • First aid supplies/ kits/ OTC supplies ie: cold medicine
  • Food:    (Snack Packs)
    • Pastries, fruit, fast food gift cards, bagged or packaged foods that do not require refrigeration, granola bars, etc.
    • Pet food

Product Donations can be brought to New Horizons Church on Feb 17, 2009 or taken to HAYC at 135 Dunn Place, McMinnville, Monday – Friday from 9am - 4pm until February 17, 2009.

 

Monetary Donations: Any donation of cash will help purchase needed items not already donated.  Please make cash donations to “YCAP”, marked for either  “Homeless Connect” or “Homeless Count” and send to YCAP, Count/Connect Event c/o Lee Means, 800 NE 2nd Street, McMinnville, Oregon 97128.


Possibilities for Donated Services:  These could include Medical, Dental and Vision Screening.  Also Hair Cuts, Veterinary Services for Pets, Bicycle Repair, Car Repair, Legal Assistance, etc.
